The Aryaduta Hotel & Resort Group is Indonesia’s premier and leading hospitality group with a tradition of luxury, comfort, and style since 1970 when it opened its first historic hotel, The Aryaduta Hotel on Jalan Prapatan, in Menteng, Central Jakarta. Since then it has grown into a rich portfolio of 11 mostly five-star hotel and hospitality properties including two hotels managed and associated with Hyatt Hotels International (Hyatt Regency Bandung and Aryaduta Jakarta), and the recently opened, The Aryaduta Medan. The group’s properties are well-networked in Jakarta, Karawaci, Cikarang, Bandung, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Makassar, Puncak, and Carita.

The Aryaduta Hotel & Resort Group has also embarked upon a visionary expansion plan with 15 additional properties under development in Jakarta, Kemang, Puri, Surabaya, Sentul Bogor, Semarang, and Bali. These new properties will expand the group’s current portfolio of US$ 250 million to go beyond US$ 650 million in 5 years, and increase room capacity from 2.355 rooms currently to almost 6.000 rooms in Indonesia by 2013.

The group is part of the hospitality division of the Lippo Group which is one of the largest hotel groups in Southeast Asia, including its associated flagship property, the 1.200 rooms The Meritus Mandarin Hotel on Orchard Road in Singapore.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO COO

Qualification:

  1. Female, age maximum is 35
  2. Have experience at least 3 years as a secretary or personal assistant
  3. Have good communication skill & proficient written and spoken English
  4. Have good presentation skill & know how to process data
  5. Have strong managerial and analytical skill
  6. Have excellent integrity, good attitude and interpersonal skill
  7. Able to work under pressure & tight schedule
  8. Able to do administrative work with minimum supervision
  9. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced
  10. Pleasant and good appearance.
  11. Able to work immediately

ASSISTANT TRAINING & RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
  • Have ability to deliver training, transfer knowledge, teaching, motivate and build the teamwork
  • Familiar with Training Need Analysis and method of Training Evaluation.
  • Strong skill in interpersonal, communication and leadership
  • Flexible in working as a team and individual
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in the same field, preferably in a five-star-hotel
  • Willing to travel through out Indonesia
  • Able to work immediately
