Amala Bali is an urban retreat in a sanctuary-like setting, dedicated to the total wellbeing, rejuvenation and relaxation of the human body, mind and spirit. It will feature 12 wellness villas, a mineral water therapy pool, separate yoga and fitness studios. Its holistic health programs will feature a spa, gourmet organic and vegetarian cuisine for individualized de-stress, anti aging, and slimming programs. It will also have a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) resident specialist and a Naturopath Doctor for support the programs.

Amala Bali, located in the centre of Seminyak, Bali’s most fashionable district, plans to open in late December 2008. It invites applications from individuals who are team players, self–motivated, energetic, and compassionate towards others to join the team. Being passionate about wellness is a must.

1. Accounting Department
Accountant
· Independent with demonstrated strong the accounting field is a must
· A Tourism / Hotel Management graduate with a minimum 3 year’s field experience
· Speaks & writes good English
· Has experience in the pre-opening with 5 star hotel
· Has outgoing strong personality with positive attitude

2. Front Office

Front Office Supervisor
• Excellent command of the English language • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position • Guest-oriented decision making and problem solving skills
•Motivator and trainer with good inter-personal skills
• Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail

Receptionist / Reservation clerks:
Graduated from tourism school
· Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry a plus
· Fluent in English (other languages such as Japanese will be an advantage)

Villa Butlers
Fluent English with other languages such as Japanese or Chinese a plus
Minimum 3 years related experience, with Concierge or housekeeping background an advantage
Well organized person
Graduate from tourism school

3. Housekeeping

Head Housekeeper
• Minimum three years experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star resort • Mature team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills to meet guest service needs
• Independent, needs minimal supervision
• Cost conscious

Villa Staff – Waiters & Waitress,Housekeepers, Engineer, Gardener, Security:
• Tourism school graduate preferred
• Able to speak English (Daily Worker experience at 5-star hotel will be an advantage)

4. Restaurant

Cooks
Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen, organic & vegetarian food will be a plus
Experience as Daily Worker in the 5 star hotel will be an advantage

5. Nurse:
Nursing school graduate
Interested in working with expatriate doctor to learn wellness treatments
Fluent in English
