TENANT RELATION OFFICER	– Male / Female – Graduated from reputable Hotel & Tourism Academy – Min. 1 yr working experience in the same position at Hotel Industry / Service Apartment – Good communication skill (written & verbal), both in Bahasa Indonesia and English – Able to speak Japanese will be an added value – Familiar with Realta system – Service oriented
2. SALES EXECUTIVE	– Male / Female – Max. 30 yrs – Min. 3 yrs working experience in the same position at Hotel Industry / Service Apartment – Good communication skill (written & verbal), both in Bahasa Indonesia and English – Has an excellent negotiation skills – Target & Service oriented
